Chessie the Bus: Our Tiny Home
In the very beginning of 2020, Josh and I made the huge life decision to buy a school bus, convert it into an off-the-grid tiny home, and travel full time rather than buying a house. We began searching high and low for the perfect bus to convert, and in April we finally came across THE ONE from a school bus contractor in Chambersburg, PA. Chessie the Bus is a 2001 Freightliner Bluebird with a 5.9 Cummins, and she has completely transformed into beautiful tiny home on wheels, that we now live and travel in full-time!
